Multiple complaints of real estate fraud, scam and swindling have been registered against M/s Panther Developers in Lucknow.

A real estate group operating under the umbrella of ‘Panther Developers’ is under investigation for malpractices amounting to swindling, selling real estate land under false promises and other fraudulent practices.
Multiple complaints against the proprietors have been lodged in the Foreign Ministry, MEA and with the Uttar Pradesh Police. A high level inquiry is underway.
Initial inquiry reveals that the proprietors have sold unapproved plots to investors in return of false promises. Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will be looped into the inquiry of the DPRs submitted by the developers.
